With over 20 years of experience in customer advocacy, leadership, and program coordination, Amy Denstedt brings deep compassion and organizational expertise to every transition she supports. After a successful corporate career leading national engagement teams and major program rollouts, Amy felt called to create something more personal—something that makes a real difference in people’s lives.
Tailored Transitions was born from that vision: to ease the emotional and physical burdens of moving for seniors and their families with care, respect, and practical guidance. Drawing on her background in project management, client service, and community involvement, Amy is known for building genuine relationships and delivering personalized support every step of the way.
Based in Waterloo Region, Amy is also a dedicated mom, community volunteer, and trusted local resource—someone who truly understands the value of home and the importance of thoughtful transitions.
